About Pet First Days

Pet First Days is a brand operated by Digitcom, a Croatian sole proprietorship. Questions about the website or a digital product can be sent to hello@petfirstdays.com.

Educational information

Our guides provide general educational information for new puppy and kitten owners. They are not veterinary diagnosis or treatment and do not replace advice from a veterinarian, qualified trainer or animal behaviour professional. Seek prompt veterinary care when an animal is ill, injured, in pain or behaving unusually.

Digital products

Product pages describe what is included, the format and the current price. Unless stated otherwise, purchases are one-time payments for personal access to downloadable content. A purchase does not include individual veterinary, training or behaviour advice.

You are responsible for providing a working email address and compatible device or software for opening the supplied files.

Payments and delivery

Payments are processed through Stripe Managed Payments. The checkout identifies the merchant of record and displays the taxes, total price and payment terms that apply to the transaction. After successful payment, access or delivery instructions are provided electronically.

If a download or delivery email does not arrive, contact hello@petfirstdays.com with the email address used for the purchase. Do not send payment card details by email.

Digital content and cancellation

Digital products are intended to be supplied immediately after payment. Where applicable law requires it, checkout may ask you to expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge how this affects a statutory withdrawal right. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Refunds and technical problems

If a file is defective, materially different from its description or cannot be accessed after reasonable troubleshooting, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will review the issue and may provide a replacement, access assistance or another remedy required by applicable law.

Refund and dispute requests may also be handled by the merchant of record under the terms shown during checkout. A change of mind after a digital file has been accessed or downloaded may not qualify for a refund where the law permits this limitation.

Personal-use licence

Unless a product page states otherwise, purchasing a guide gives one person a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for personal purposes. You may print a reasonable number of copies for your own household.

You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share access to, reproduce for commercial use, modify for resale or claim our content as your own.

Affiliate links

Some pages and digital products may include affiliate links. We may earn a commission from a qualifying purchase without increasing the price paid by the customer. Read our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious software, scrape content at scale or use our materials in a way that infringes intellectual property or other legal rights.

Availability and changes

We may correct errors, update content, change prices, replace files or discontinue a product. Changes do not remove rights attached to a completed purchase. We do not promise that every page, download or third-party link will always be available without interruption.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Pet First Days and Digitcom are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on general educational information, misuse of a product, failure to follow manufacturer instructions or the independent actions of third-party websites and sellers. This does not exclude responsibility that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Croatian law, while consumers retain any mandatory protections provided by the law applicable to them. Before starting court proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
